About Us |
|
The Practice was formed in 2007 by members of the UK Information Technology Association. UKITA had been created 4 year previously in 2003 with grant funding from Advantage West Midlands the regional development body. Originally WMITA, UKITA set out to encourage the development of ICT in the region and to set standards in this comparatively new and unregulated IT profession.
The ICT Practice in Birmingham was the first General Practice to be set up without manufacturer influence, providing unbiased advice to clients from a broad spectrum of ICT professionals. Our aim is to promote the widest possible range of ICT skills and services to small and medium sized businesses without bias or prejudice, bringing efficient, cost effective ICT solutions to our clients. Collectively, the practice has over 500 years of experience in ICT design, supply and support. We regularly attend and host ICT events extending and sharing knowledge to keep abreast of new developments. This puts us in the best position to advise and supply ICT solutions that best fit business needs and budgets. |
