Arrow Self Drive - Yorkshire

June 2009 - Making business easier for your customers 24hours a day, is the new standard in today's highly competitive market place. This month saw the extension of web based bookings services giving control to major account holders to manage their own vehicle fleet bookings. Giving fleet customers complete control over vehicle availability and supply.

Dataflair Ltd - Fleet, Hants.

Jan. 2009 - Project to migrate 6 data servers located throughout the UK from legacy Novell Netware to SuSE 10.2 Linux. These systems provide 24/7 service to several truck rental operations and required a seamless migration with minimal to zero downtime. The project also included a high level of redundancy as customers required additional hardware resource on site to provide an easy installable/automatic failover without the need to call in specialist hardware engineers.

Triple O Dental Laboratories, Hall Green, Birmingham

Sept. 2008 - Upgrade of existing Microsoft Access based Patient Case Tracking System. A ten fold increase in database speed was achieved by restructuring the database architecture and adding new features. This has increased the efficiency of the company staff, particularly in answering telephone case queries.

Chefset Houseware, Witton, Birmingham

Jan. 2008 - The ICT Practice was able to provide quicker responses and reduce downtime by providing a total support solution. Previously, hardware, application software and general IT support was provided by several companies. The wide range of practice skills available in the ICT Practice enables a single cohesive support service.
